General Notice to Claimants.

In the matter of the estate of William Bellingham Swan owner;
exparte
John Frederick Knipe and Lucy Knipe his wife petitioners.

The court having ordered a sale of the two meadows or fields and garden, being part of the lands of Drumcondra, called Gracepark, situate in the Barony of Coolock, and county of Dublin, held under a lease dated the 23d day of December, 1799, for lives renewable for ever, all parties objecting to a sale of said lands are hereby required to take notice of such order, and all persons having claims there on may file such claims, duly verified, with the clerk of the records.
   Dated this 1st day of July, 1862.
