exparte John Frederick Knipe and Lucy Knipe his wife petitioners. The court having ordered a sale of the two meadows or fields and garden, being part of the lands of
Drumcondra, called Gracepark, situate in the Barony of Coolock, and county of Dublin, held under a lease dated the 23d day of December,
1799, for lives renewable for ever, all parties objecting to a sale of said lands are hereby required to take notice of such order,
