Descriptive Particulars

This very desirable suburban property is situate in a most improving neighbourhood, on the road leading from Drumcondra to Richmond and Clontarf, and within about one and a half miles of the general post office. It adjoins the demesne and residents of Lord James Butler, as also other county seats and had some dwellinghouses. The river Tolka runs contiguous thereto. From its eligible situation and extent of frontage to the road, it offers a desirable investment for building. Land is of prime quality, and handsomely planted, and under crops and meadow.
The present tenant holds from year to year under the Court of Chancery.
