Five-sixths of the Bear Inn property are Fee Simple, and the remaining part is a lease for 999 years, subject to 24l. rent. The whole is let for 124l. a-year, besides 6d. in the pound Receiver Fees, paid by the Tenant. The Houses in the Square are held by lease at 4l. 2s. 6d. per house, head rent. Lord Perry's Representative, and Mr. PURDON, are joined in leasing to Tenants, Mr. P. receiving half of the profit rent. The Bear Inn is held by Mr. CREAGH, as to five-sixths, by two different leases, of lives renewable for ever, with a renewal fine of 2l. Irish on each renewalas to the remaining sixth, he holds it for the residue of a term of 999 years, of whicgh about 60 have expired.
