about two miles from Balbriggan (In consequence of the present Proprietor, Patrick TOLAN, emigrating to Australia)
The present Owner's Good-will and Tenant-right interest, and with the consent of the Landlord, in this desirable Farm
of 46 Irish Acres, allowed to be the primest Farm in the neighbourhood of Balbriggan. There are between Four and
Five Acres of a Raspberry Garden, which pays more than the entire rent, &c., of the best possible description. The
Raspberries are well sheltered, and protected by 2,000 Beech, Deal, and Poplar Trees, which are registered in Plantation
Nursery. This Farm is well laid out in Paddocks, and divided by Hedges. The Cottage, Farm Buildings, are well
adapted for a Gentleman's Residence, with very fine Marine and Woodland scenery &c. &c.; also several Haggard Stands,
